Substitutes can be invited in addition to the regular members. This means that up to 35 people (30 members + 5 substitutes) can be invited with a Pro 30 subscription and up to 70 people (60 members + 10 substitutes) with a Pro 60 subscription.

The most important questions at a glance

Can I try Löschmeister for free?

Yes! You can create a fire brigade and use all basic features with up to 30 members for free. You can also try our Pro features for free for a month with your fire brigade.

Can I try the Löschmeister Pro features for free?

Yes! We provide you the Pro features for free for one month to test.

When do I need a Löschmeister subscription for my fire brigade?

There are two possible scenarios here:

  1. You want to use the Pro features for your fire brigade.
    Permanent use of our Pro features is only possible with a subscription.
  2. You want to manage more than 30 members in Löschmeister.
    Our Basic subscription includes 30 members free of charge. If your fire brigade is bigger, then you can also manage more members by ordering a subscription. Here is a price scale for medium-sized fire brigades (between 30 and 60 members) and large fire brigades (more than 60 members).

How does the payment work?

How does the payment work?

You will receive an invoice from us by email. You can pay the invoice in the following ways:

  • Online Payment
    The invoice contains a payment link with which you can pay online by credit card, instant transfer (SOFORT), EPS transfer or Klarna. Stripe is used as payment service provider.
  • SEPA Transfer
    The invoice amount can also be paid via SEPA transfer. Please enter the invoice number in the transfer text. The bank details are given on the invoice.

We offer the following two options for payment intervals:

  • Monthly
    Your fire brigade gets an invoice every month. The subscription is automatically renewed until it is canceled.
  • Yearly
    Your fire brigade only pays once for the whole year and gets two months for free. The subscription is automatically renewed until it is canceled.

How long does it take to unlock the subscription?

The subscription features are available immediately from the moment of order.
